Faster service lined up for Kiama NBN users
The new bundle plans are for all consumers in NBN enabled areas.
Mr Marom said that would include Wollongong and Corrimal when they came on line.
He said Telstra recognised many homes now had a range of new internet-enabled devices such as the T-Box, T-Hub, smartphones and tablets which provided access to movie downloads, on-demand content and sophisticated websites that performed best with greater speed and data allowances.
The bundles also include unlimited national voice calls between the home phone and up to four mobile services on the single bill, as well as unlimited local calls in most bundles.
Mr Marom said more than 180 people in Kiama helped Telstra trial NBN services in the past six months and provided valuable feedback.
Fixed broadband plans are also available on the NBN for customers who have a full service Telstra home phone plan.
